Job Description
We are seeking a talented Instructional Designer to become part of our team at Cognizant, based in either Noida or Hyderabad. This position requires working US shifts from 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM, five days a week in the office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing training needs, developing and refining instructional materials, and crafting engaging multimedia content. Proficiency with tools such as Articulate 360, the Adobe Suite, and advanced Microsoft Suite is essential for this role.
