Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Team Member for our Relationship Banking Group – Risk department. This role involves providing excellent customer service for Retail Asset Products, handling requests and complaints, and ensuring timely resolution within the defined TAT. The ideal candidate should focus on digital adoption and achieving cross-sell targets.
Key responsibilities include building rapport with clients, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and maintaining high-quality service levels. Proficiency in WORD, EXCEL, and PPT is preferred.
