Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to serve as a Fraud Review Analyst. This role involves reviewing fraud alerts related to in-clearing checks, deposited checks, newly opened accounts, and online transactions, as flagged by fraud detection strategies. The successful candidate will assess account activities for signs of fraud and apply analytical judgment to evaluate potential customer impact, ultimately determining effective fraud risk mitigation measures.
The Fraud Review Analyst will manage various queues according to established procedures, ensuring high levels of accuracy and consistency. This position is part of our Client Protection operations team and entails handling VISA and MasterCard transactions, ATM fees, cheque fraud, and managing potential chargebacks in compliance with Visa regulations.
