Job Description
Join Shriram Fortune Solutions Ltd as a Tamil Voice Process Agent! In this role, you will conduct outbound calls to insurance companies for customer eligibility verification and manage denial documentation.
Your responsibilities will include contacting insurance carriers based on client appointments, maintaining daily logs, and participating in a provider outreach program.
We seek team players who can work cohesively, assist teammates in achieving shared goals, and escalate issues to seniors promptly.
This is a full-time, permanent position, ideal for freshers. Salary ranges from ₹13,00.00 to ₹16,00.00 per month, with additional benefits like health insurance and a provident fund.
