Job Description
AVIS Hospitals is seeking a compassionate and proactive Tamil Telecaller to join our dedicated healthcare team. The role involves connecting with patients, providing information about healthcare services, scheduling appointments, and conducting follow-up care.
Key responsibilities include making outbound and handling inbound calls, ensuring empathetic patient interactions, documenting communications, and collaborating with healthcare teams. The candidate should ideally have 1 year of tele sales experience and be fluent in both Tamil and English.
This full-time position offers a salary of ₹10,00 – ₹25,00 per month along with benefits like health insurance and paid time off. Immediate joiners are preferred.
