Job Description

Abhidi Solution Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Talent Scout (APAC) to enhance our recruitment efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates for multiple positions, conducting preliminary interviews, and overseeing candidate profiles within our Applicant Tracking System.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree in a relevant field and have 1.5 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment. Key qualifications include a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and exceptional communication skills.

This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from ₹340,00.00 to ₹550,00.00, accompanied by additional benefits.
