Job Description
Ergode is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Intern to contribute to our recruitment efforts. In this pivotal role, you will assist in identifying potential candidates through job portals and social media platforms, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
Your key responsibilities will include maintaining our recruitment database, crafting job descriptions, and preparing comprehensive reports on recruitment activities. We are looking for an individual with exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine interest in human resources.
This is a 6-month internship opportunity, offering a monthly stipend ranging from ₹5,00.00 to ₹10,00.00, with all work conducted on-site.
