Job Description
VIN GROUP is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Executive to assist with the recruitment process. Responsibilities include identifying candidates, conducting screening interviews, and managing hiring events. A background in bulk hiring is essential.
Key duties include leading high-volume recruitment drives, utilizing diverse channels to attract candidates, conducting initial screenings, and collaborating closely with hiring managers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹28,00.00 per month
Benefits: Provident Fund; Schedule: Day shift; Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus.
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred); Experience: 5 years in recruiting; 7 years total work experience.
