About Spixar: Spixar Technologies Solutions is an innovative and rapidly growing advertising and marketing company. We are expanding our team and are currently seeking Freelance Talent Acquisition Executives to support our recruitment efforts for sales and marketing positions.
Role Responsibilities: As a Freelance Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing and posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting initial telephonic interviews. You will also be tasked with forwarding shortlisted candidates for further processing.
Commitment: Candidates must be available for a minimum of 3 hours per day, 5 days a week, over a 3-month period. Compensation: You can earn up to ₹60,00 for each candidate you successfully hire and retain. Enjoy the flexibility of remote work and the potential for career advancement with Spixar!
