Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Talent and Organization Development Specialist at Dentsu. In this role, you will play a vital part in implementing our Talent/Leadership and Organization Development Strategy. Your contributions will support talent programs that align with global standards and deadlines, focusing on key areas such as Learning & Development, Diversity and Inclusion, and Employee Engagement.
Your primary responsibilities will include creating local Talent and Organization Development plans, driving implementation efforts, networking with line managers, collecting feedback, and collaborating with external partners to enhance the overall effectiveness of our strategies.
Location: DGS India – Bengaluru – Manyata N1 Block
