We are seeking a Surgical Retail Executive to manage and grow our surgical supplies retail operations, delivering excellent customer service while ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Provide expert product guidance to customers and medical professionals; oversee inventory, merchandising, and order coordination.
• Train and supervise retail staff, maintain accurate records, and achieve sales targets.
• Requirements: diploma or degree in healthcare, life sciences, or business; 1–3 years’ experience in medical devices or retail; strong product knowledge and attention to detail.
• Skills: excellent communication and relationship-building, basic accounting, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to liaise with clinical teams and follow safety standards.
