Job Description
YENNES Infotec is actively looking for a dedicated Support Coordinator to assist Tally users. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of Tally Prime and GST, with a focus on providing support rather than meeting sales targets during daytime shifts.
Key responsibilities include resolving customer issues through AnyDesk, evaluating customer needs, establishing trusting relationships, and maintaining accurate documentation of all interactions. Candidates should possess a degree in Commerce and have at least one year of experience with Tally Prime. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
