Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Study Abroad Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will take on key responsibilities, including leadership in team management by collaborating with counselors and sales teams to refine the application process. You will be involved in strategic planning and execution to develop recruitment strategies and intake plans. Additionally, you will support sales and business development efforts to enhance lead conversion with up-to-date information on universities and courses. Analyzing reports on applications and student progress will be essential, along with coordinating with stakeholders and vendors to ensure efficient operations. You will also address escalations related to applications or student concerns, demonstrating strong problem-solving and crisis management skills.
Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in study abroad consulting; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field; strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹45,057.13 per month
