Job Description
Guidance Plus Educational Services is seeking a dedicated Student Relations Officer to advise prospective students on study destinations, programs, and eligibility. The role handles inquiries via walk-ins, phone, and online leads, and provides accurate information on admission timelines, fees, and scholarship opportunities.
- Maintain current knowledge of universities in the UK, Canada, the USA, and Australia
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum one year of academic counseling experience required
- Fluent in Malayalam and English; excellent communication and client-service skills
Salary: ₹18,00–₹30,00 per month. Benefits include leave encashment.
