Job Description

Shikshadarpana seeks a dedicated Student Guidance Counselor to support students and parents through the admissions process. You will handle inquiries via meetings, phone, email and digital channels; convert prospects to enrollments; manage fee follow-ups and documentation; coordinate with internal teams; resolve queries and complaints; and provide post-admission support to ensure a seamless student experience.

• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and minimum 1 year experience in admissions, counseling, sales, business development, telemarketing, or insurance sales.
• Languages: English and Hindi.
• Compensation: Up to ₹33,00/month; Benefit: Provident Fund.
• Location: On-site (in person).
