Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with students via phone to discuss Global Reach and PSA services.
- Follow up on leads generated through social media and outreach initiatives.
- Maintain and update the student database and CRM records.
- Administer TOEFL, IELTS, and PTE exams, including proctoring duties.
- Verify student documents and identification proofs.
