Job Description

LEADIAS ACADEMY seeks a motivated Student Admission Counselor to generate enrollments by engaging leads, presenting course details, and guiding applicants through the admissions process.

• Contact and convert prospects through calls, email, and messages; perform timely follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate applicant records in CRM and coordinate with marketing and academic teams.
• Requirements: strong communication and persuasion skills, target-driven mindset, basic computer and CRM proficiency, and ability to multitask.
• Position: Permanent, Entry-level (Fresher). Pay: ₹15,00–₹20,00/month. Benefits: health insurance, paid sick leave, and paid time off. Work location: Remote.
