Job Description
We seek a detail-oriented Structural Designer/Modeler to join our Chennai office. The role requires producing Revit 3D models and annotated 2D production drawings, managing BIM workflows (folder organization, sheet sets, geo-location, plotting, file conversions, transmittals), and maintaining structural BIM/CAD files. Candidates will coordinate with engineers and clients, use Navisworks, prepare deliverables, and occasionally produce renderings.
- Qualifications: 2–5 years Revit/BIM experience, strong AutoCAD skills, Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
- Skills: spatial/3D thinking, ability to draft sections and details with minimal engineering input, strong communication, and teamwork.
- Employment: full-time permanent, day shift (Mon–Fri) with occasional weekend availability; in-person in Chennai. Reliable commute or planned relocation required.
