Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated STP/ETP Operator to join our team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Ideal candidates will have 0-2 years of experience, and freshers are welcome to apply. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹8,00 to ₹18,00 per month, depending on experience, along with benefits such as overtime pay, Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and complimentary meals and accommodation.
Key responsibilities include operating and maintaining Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), and Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems, monitoring water quality parameters, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Preferred qualifications include a diploma or certification in a relevant field and basic knowledge of water treatment processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
