Job Description

Nibav Lifts Inc. is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations. In this role, you will assist the Store Manager in ensuring smooth operations, supervising staff, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing daily activities, achieving sales targets, monitoring inventory levels, upholding store standards, addressing customer complaints, and training team members.

We require candidates to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, prior retail supervision experience, familiarity with POS systems, and excellent customer service skills.

The monthly salary ranges from ₹17,00 to ₹25,00, inclusive of benefits.
