Job Description
We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Store In-Charge to manage the storage and supply of food ingredients, beverages, and essential items for our restaurant. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient kitchen operations by overseeing inventory control, stock replenishment, and the timely availability of supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and organize all incoming supplies efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels and collaborate with kitchen staff on purchasing needs.
- Perform regular audits and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Qualifications: Candidates must have completed at least 12th grade; a degree in Hotel Management is preferred, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
