Job Description

Career Path Solution, a leading recruitment firm in Kolkata, urgently seeks a Junior Store In-Charge for a client in Howrah. Applicants should have a high school (HS) or graduate education and 1–3 years of retail/store experience.

• Oversee daily store operations and supervise staff and schedules
• Manage inventory, stock control, cash handling, and reconciliations
• Ensure health and safety compliance and resolve customer queries
• Monitor sales, prepare reports, coordinate supplier deliveries, and implement in-store promotions to increase footfall
