Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales & Inventory Coordinator to manage order processing and inventory control for our service center. This full-time, in-person role requires strong coordination with warehouse and accounts teams.
- Process sales orders, prepare Tally invoices and print invoice sets.
- Coordinate with warehouse for parts confirmation and maintain service-center stock identification.
- Generate e-waybills, update delivery records and prepare GRNs.
- Share parts recovery reports with accounts, control fresh stock, and process local repair PRs.
- Verify courier invoices, coordinate warranty exports and follow up with couriers; assist in quarterly stock counts and reconciliation.
Compensation: ₹15,00–₹18,00/month.
