Job Description
We are seeking a responsible Store Assistant to oversee daily store operations in a full-time, in-person capacity. Duties include safely loading and unloading materials, monitoring inventory and restocking, training and supervising staff, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. The role also requires developing sales strategies, professionally resolving customer complaints, and staying current with industry trends to improve customer satisfaction.
