Space Technologies is searching for a Sports Arena Operations Manager to elevate the customer experience at our dynamic facility. In this pivotal role, you will enhance customer satisfaction, create compelling social media content (photos/videos), collaborate with our digital marketing team, and manage customer data to effectively drive promotional strategies. Furthermore, you will provide valuable sports insights to inspire and engage arena users. A daily commitment of 6-8 hours at our arena is required.
