Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct English skill training for new students.
- Deliver classroom training to enhance job readiness.
- Assess students and provide individual feedback.
- Report progress to the Master Trainer.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Post Graduate or Graduate with 1-2 years in training/teaching English.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage students.
- Ability to manage a classroom of 25-30 students.
