Job Description
Ethans Hotels and Catering Pvt Ltd is seeking a full-time, in-person Specialty Cook skilled in seafood and South/North Indian à la carte preparations. The ideal candidate will possess 5–7 years of seafood experience, thorough knowledge of seafood varieties, expert handling and presentation, rigorous quality control, and strict hygiene practices. For South/North Indian duties, 3–5 years’ experience preparing traditional dishes, maintaining a clean work area, and performing reliably during peak service is required.
- Salary: ₹25,00–₹35,00 per month

- Must demonstrate consistency, refined plating skills, and a strong commitment to kitchen sanitation
Requirements
