Job Description
MYSANJI TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD is currently looking for a committed Spare Parts Advisor to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be tasked with identifying the correct spare parts based on customer specifications, managing follow-up inquiries, and providing crucial support to our international field sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source parts according to customer requirements.
- Handle inquiries and assist sales staff with their needs.
- Maintain accurate entries of inquiries in our CRM system.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and online spare parts catalogs.
- Collaborate effectively and communicate well within the team.
