Job Description
Position Summary: The SOX Auditor plays a crucial role in supporting the Internal Audit department by providing an independent evaluation of the effectiveness of the company’s internal controls over financial reporting. Reporting directly to the Internal Audit Director(s), this position is integral to our comprehensive audit and SOX team.
As a SOX Audit Associate, you will collaborate in executing the global Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) programs for our publicly traded subsidiaries, including Newmark Group Inc. (NASDAQ: NMRK) and BGC Partners (NASDAQ: BGCP), notable leaders in the commercial real estate and financial technology sectors, respectively.
