Job Description
AHRC Pvt Ltd is hiring an experienced South Indian Cook to prepare authentic dishes including idli, dosa, vada, upma, pongal, sambar, rasam, chutneys, and traditional meals and breakfasts. You will ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation; manage daily operations of the South Indian section; maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and FSSAI compliance; monitor ingredient stock and assist with inventory; and coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver timely orders.
- Preferred: 2+ years’ experience
- Deep knowledge of spices and traditional methods; able to handle bulk cooking and peak service periods
- Safe equipment use, strong time management, and multitasking skills
Full-time, permanent, on-site (in-person). Salary: ₹20,00–₹30,00/month.
