Skylar Seaview is looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in large-scale food production, menu planning, and team leadership, while ensuring adherence to high hygiene and food quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations.
- Manage food production across all dining outlets.
- Supervise and mentor the culinary team.

Requirements: A culinary degree and 5–7 years of relevant experience.
