Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Sous Chef to become an integral part of our vibrant kitchen team at KALPTARU HOSPITALITY & SERVICES. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to maintain exceptional standards in food preparation, oversee kitchen staff, and ensure efficient service. Culinary innovation and strong staff management abilities are crucial for success in this position.
Qualifications include a minimum of X years of experience, proficiency in various cooking techniques, a solid understanding of kitchen management, and a Culinary Science degree is preferred.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of ₹35,00.00 – ₹45,00.00 per month, meals provided, and rotational shifts.
