Job Description
I’Deli Cafe seeks a dedicated Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in a full-time, permanent, in-person role. Compensation: ₹45,00–₹55,00 per month. The Sous Chef will oversee food preparation, enforce high standards of quality and hygiene, supervise and train kitchen staff, manage inventory, and help optimize service flow.
- Execute menus with consistency in portion control and presentation
- Lead and mentor kitchen team; maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Contribute to operational improvements and cost control
Ideal candidates are creative cooks with strong leadership skills, proven experience in busy kitchens, relevant culinary qualifications, and at least 3 years in a supervisory kitchen role.
