Job Description
We seek an SOP Executive to develop, maintain, and implement Standard Operating Procedures that ensure operational consistency and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include process mapping, drafting and revising SOPs, delivering staff training, conducting internal audits, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing version control, and promoting continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in operations or quality assurance
- Strong technical writing skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Familiarity with ISO or relevant regulatory standards
- Proficiency in MS Office and excellent verbal and written communication
