Job Description
We are seeking a Solution Architect, Customer Engagement to design scalable customer-facing platforms and lead technical strategy for CRM, messaging, and analytics integrations. You will translate business requirements into robust architecture, oversee solution delivery, ensure security and performance best practices, and mentor engineering teams.
- Requirements: 5+ years in solution or enterprise architecture; strong experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), integration patterns, cloud services (AWS/Azure), APIs, and data modeling.
- Essential skills: excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Preferred: cloud or CRM certifications and experience with customer journey orchestration.
