Job Description
Blitz Academy seeks a dedicated Soft Skills Trainer to enhance learners’ English speaking and communication abilities. The successful candidate will deliver interactive, in-person sessions to improve fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar for conversations, presentations, and public speaking. Responsibilities include designing tailored lesson plans, facilitating role-plays and group activities, assessing proficiency, tracking progress, and providing constructive feedback. The trainer will also conduct regular mock interviews, quizzes, and speaking exercises to prepare learners for real-world situations.
