Job Description
We are seeking a Soft Services and Facilities Manager to oversee cleaning, security, reception, landscaping, and waste management across our properties. The role requires coordination of vendors, contracts, budgets, and performance KPIs to deliver high service standards and cost efficiency.
- Lead and develop on-site teams; prepare schedules and enforce health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage vendor relationships, monitor performance, and respond promptly to client needs and incidents to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Requirements: bachelor’s degree, minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities or soft services management, strong leadership, vendor and budget management, excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with facilities management systems and safety regulations preferred.
