Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor brand mentions across social media channels.
- Engage with customer comments and reviews to foster positive relationships.

- Prepare Online Reputation Management (ORM) reports analyzing trends and metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Online Reputation Management (ORM).
- Excellent communication skills.
