Job Description
We are looking for a driven and experienced Small Business Enterprise Relationship Officer at Kotak Mahindra. In this role, you will lead a team of 5 to 7 Direct Sales Teams (DSTs), ensuring productivity and fostering strong relationships with manufacturers, dealers, and sub-dealers in semi-urban and rural markets.
Experience in vehicle financing, particularly in Commercial Vehicles (CV), Construction Equipment (CE), and Multi-Utility Vehicles (MUV), is essential. Ideal candidates should possess a go-getter attitude, strong customer orientation, and excellent relationship management skills.
