Job Description
Virendra Gram Development Company Private Limited is seeking a qualified Site Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations at various sites and commercial properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing repairs, plumbing, electrical issues, and landscaping activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all maintenance and repair activities.
- Schedule and manage janitorial services.
- Supervise contractors and conduct job inspections.
- Perform routine site inspections.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
