Job Description

Shanghai Interiors seeks a full-time Site Supervisor to manage on-site teams and ensure timely, safe project execution. Key duties include supervising and instructing workers; interpreting AutoCAD and working drawings; creating schedules; monitoring performance, attendance, and progress records; conducting inspections and mitigating hazards; coordinating with project managers and clients; and troubleshooting to avoid delays. Freshers are welcome.

• Salary: ₹20,00–₹22,00/month. Benefits: cell phone and internet reimbursement.
• Preferred qualifications: Diploma, English proficiency, and a valid driver’s license.
• On-site position in Pimple Soudagar, Pune; willingness to travel up to 25%.
