Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Site Supervisor to join our team at AR Homes in Kollur, Hyderabad.
The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience in Residential High-Rise Building, Commercial, and Villa Projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Regular site inspections to identify safety hazards.
- Supervising construction teams and subcontractors.
- Educating workers on safety regulations.
- Enforcing safety rules and handling accidents.
- Maintaining attendance records and evaluating employee performance.
- Analyzing blueprints for compliance with design and budget.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹8,975.09 – ₹30,00.00 per month
