Job Description
Lakshmi Ceramics is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. In this role, you will welcome and greet customers while understanding their needs. You will provide detailed information about product features and assist customers in selecting the right products. Coordination with customers regarding orders, billing, and payment procedures is essential. You’ll also keep customers informed about new and upcoming products, guide them to the warehouse for delivery, and ensure their satisfaction. Additionally, maintaining accurate customer data and coordinating material returns with management will be required.
