Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Shift Supervisor to oversee our entire production area. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma in Textile or a B.Sc., with 3 to 8 years of experience in manufacturing, particularly in packaging production.
This role requires sound knowledge in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and the ability to drive Operational Excellence. Responsibilities include managing manpower, optimizing manufacturing processes, controlling quality, and ensuring safety.
We offer a competitive salary between ₹300,00.00 – ₹600,00.00 per year, along with benefits such as food, health insurance, and a Provident Fund.
