Job Description
Virtusa is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to join our Virtual Response (VR) team. The ideal candidate will have a background in assessing current vulnerabilities and managing remediation workflows, along with proficiency in patching for Mainframe, Server OS, and network switches. Familiarity with the VR module of ServiceNow and its associated remediation workflow is crucial.
Candidates should also possess expertise in Qualys, ServiceNow ITSM, ServiceNow VR, and SCCM. Experience in Agile, SaFe, DevOps, or ITIL methodologies is preferred. Additionally, certifications in ServiceNow Administration and Implementation, as well as a solid understanding of ITSM and ITOM (CMDB), will be advantageous.
