Job Description
Zaco Computers is seeking a dedicated Service Support Executive to provide onsite and remote technical support to users. The ideal candidate will coordinate with customers, manage incoming ticket queries, and ensure timely resolution by aligning engineers for on-site support.
Responsibilities include maintaining inventory for AMC customers, assessing incoming product conditions, and coordinating with freelance engineers. Experience in computer hardware installation and support (DELL, HP, IBM, SUN, etc.) is preferred. Candidates should have strong skills in Advanced Excel, manage ticketing tools, and be fluent in English. A background in computer hardware parts is essential, with 2-3 years of required experience.
