Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Service Officer to enhance our corporate relationships at the bank. Key responsibilities include managing corporate accounts, facilitating salary processing, and promoting customer engagement on digital platforms.
You will be responsible for conducting Parichay desks at corporate sites, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring all issues are resolved within the established turnaround times. Strict adherence to service quality standards is crucial.
We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills, a proactive problem-solving approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of one year of experience in Corporate or Institutional Sales are highly preferred.
