Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Service Delivery Officer to join our team at Kotak Mahindra. In this role, you will handle personalized service requests from customers, ensuring that their needs are met with the highest level of satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include generating timely business MIS, ensuring strict adherence to compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements for our customer segment, and coordinating with CPC/RPC/Investment desks for seamless account opening processes.
You will also be responsible for managing customer complaints and ensuring their resolution within the stipulated turnaround time (TAT).
