Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Delivery Officer for our Emerging Markets division at Kotak Mahindra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling personalized service requests from customers, ensuring timely generation of business MIS, and maintaining strict adherence to compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements.
The role involves coordinating with various departments for account opening procedures, managing customer complaints, and ensuring their resolution within the turnaround time (TAT).
