Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Service Incharge to join our team at RELIANCE JIO. In this role, you will set up and oversee service centers while collaborating with store managers and sales teams to ensure efficient operations. Your leadership will inspire the team, enhance customer satisfaction, and provide mentorship to engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee service deliverables and monitor team performance.
- Manage call flow for on-site technical support.
- Deliver training tailored to team requirements.
Qualifications: A Diploma/B.E/B.Tech degree with 6-10 years of experience in After Sales Service is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time | Compensation: ₹800,00.00 – ₹1,00,00.00 per year
